Watching all the excited Chilean’s take to the street as the elections come in… Sebastián Piñera has control of the majority of votes right now holding about 51% with about 70% of the votes in. Why doesn’t America get this excited???

Concha Y Toro
Made a stop at the 5th largest winery in the world yesterday, had and amazing tour of the grounds and a wonderful private tasting! The wines were excellent and the property was gorgeous. Owning over 5000 hectares throughout Chile, Concha Y Toro controls about 40-45% of the total wine exports out of Chile. I was extremely impressed by the sheer volume of wine in their aging cellars but what I liked...

Another trip on highway 12
So I went on another trip down highway 12 in Sonoma County to do a write up on my favorite tasting room, where I once again found myself drawn back to Valley of the Moon. But while on this trip I decided to go off of my normal beaten path and make my second visit to Benziger Family Winery. Savor every last drop
So I have been living in Sonoma County for about six months now and know of the many wonders it holds, but it wasn’t until this last weekend that I feel I took full advantage. Maybe it was because I shared it with the most important person in my life, or maybe it was because I was engaging in activities that include one of the most intriguing things to me… Wine. Or maybe a combination of the two....
